Abstract:

The turn in the Second World War in the period 1943 – 1944 brought with it changes in the foreign policy orientation of a number of countries participating in the war. One of the important moments in this di rection is the negotiations in Cairo. Although so many decades have passed since they were conducted, there are still issues that are not sufficiently well understood.
