In this article, through the introduction into scientific use of hard-to-reach Russian sources, unsuspected sides of the attitude of the gov ernment of Al. Tsankov to the Bolshevik regime in Moscow, the clash of the Commissar of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Chicherin, with the Comintern and the activities of the Soviet Red Cross mission in Bulgaria. The formulated theses, based on the presented data, categorically refute the idea of the events in 1923, which has been confirmed in our country for decades.
