Резюме:
This article analyzes the phenomenon of national populism in Europe, with a particular focus on the role of women–both as leaders of national populist parties and as a significant electoral resource. It examines the historical waves of far-right populism in Europe, the factors contributing to its rise, and the specific dynamics of women’s involvement in this political project. Particular attention is drawn to the paradox between the anti-feminist rhetoric of these parties and their actual dependence on female electoral participation. Through a comparative analysis of France, Italy, Germany, Hungary, Sweden, and Greece, the study explores the similarities and differences in the ways women are positioned within national populist movements.
