Резюме:

The article is devoted to a comparative analysis of two literary and philosophical incarnations of Jesus–Prince Myshkin from Fyodor Dostoevsky's novel The Idiot and Yeshua from Mikhail Bulgakov's novel The Master and Margarita. The author rejects the claim of some contemporary Russian humanists that the later image is an imitation of the earlier one and also that both images are constructed in the spirit of Tolstoy's rationalised and demystified Christianity. It shows the impact the two literary characters have on others around them.
