Research on Attitudes towards Personalized Learning among Students of Distance Learning Master's Programs

Abstract:

This study presents possibilities for personalizing e-learning among students of distance learning master's programs. To this end, it provides an overview of the main characteristics and a literature review. In addition, an examination of theoretical statements regarding the possibilities for personalized learning is carried out. A study consisting of a questionnaire survey is conducted, based on the relevant trends and practices. Its respondents are students in distance learning, in the "Public Administration" Master's degree program, with representatives of the same as well as another field with the St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo. A Likert scale is applied to assess attitudes, opinions, or perceptions through a structured response format. In an econometric context, results are derived by calculating standard deviation and coefficient of variation.
