Резюме:

This article aims to compare the insignificance of an act, pursuant to Article 9, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code, the minor case of a crime within the meaning of Article 93, item 9 of the Criminal Code, and similar features of a minor case as defined in Article 28 of the Administrative Violations and Sanctions Act (AVSA). Despite being an institution of administrative criminal law, the legislative technique of the institution of minor cases in the AVSA should be compared with the insignificance of an act as per the Criminal Code, with conclusions to be drawn from this similar institution. The article offers both a comparison of the institutions and their theoretical distinctions, as well as examples from practice that may be of interest to law enforcement lawyers.
