Резюме:
The article examines the issue of incitement in criminal law. The provisions stipulating punishable incitement are analyzed and a lack of a general criterion for their differentiation is established. In conclusion, a proposal is made to reconsider the need to punish the process of persuasion as a subsidiary to the act of incitement.
